I never thought of contemplating Mother Mary. However it came to me one day. I was having an online meditation group meeting and we had a guest speaker. This guest speaker had some experiences with Mother Mary. She started to talk about her initial experience and after a few minutes I can feel myself tapped into the energy of Mother Mary. I became this woman wearing some sort of blue coat or covering and was in a praying pose and my body began to experience this energy. It was beautiful. I felt much love in my heart and increased in the energy rising to my head. It reached somewhere in the middle of my brain but did not escape outward like other energies. Instead it sort of made a circle and came back down- like it was rotating inside my head . It was going up through the back of the neck into the brain and then coming down the front of my face down my body. It was amazing and I felt joyous. The bliss was coming from inside the body and spreading outwards. This was different in that I could feel my body completely, whereas in some other experiences I did not feel my body. I felt very joyous and contented and felt like I am holy or sacred. My eyes became like in trance like, just as it does in some other states of experience.

This is one of my favorite experiences since it is not too powerful ripping my body apart. Krishna is very beautiful also. Maybe it has something to do with the difference of an incarnation verses an ethereal being like the Goddess Durga who did not come as a human being. Sri Krishna and Mother Mary were in a human body.
