Ongoing insights from the inner journey — learning, change, forgiveness, and synchronicity.

Learning
I am always learning something new. We learn from others, books, and our own observances and experiences. True spiritual growth comes from inner knowing and direct experience, not from books alone. My advice is to learn how to learn — and then never stop learning. The greatest learning comes from observation and experience, and spirituality requires all of these plus a new dimension: the dimension of energy.

Presence & Connection
When I saw others cry, I felt sad also. When I was in the presence of an angry person, I felt agitated. But when I was with my Guru, Shree Nandini Maa, I felt something different — a divine presence. I felt the pulsation, the divine current, the shakti within, and I became meditative. In the same way, when we are in the presence of someone absorbed in divinity, we feel the subtle energy. We are connected more than we realize.
Power & Healing
True authentic power needs true intelligence to wield. Who can judge one’s intelligence? This is why saints surrender to the intelligence of the Creator. We can assist nature, but we cannot control it. All healing comes from the Source, and healers are instruments of energy and intentions filled with compassion.
Change
The only constant in the universe is change. Being able to adapt is one of the keys to success in any endeavor, even in sadhana. It is not about repeating one practice endlessly, waiting for a big bang ending. It is about noticing the changes as they happen and flowing with them, cutting away what no longer serves and allowing the new to enter.
Forgiveness & Emotions
Storing old feelings of hurt and guilt only causes disease later in this life or another. Anger and jealousy may not leave quickly, but they are markers for reevaluation. You can choose forgiveness, or look deeply at why turmoil arises within you. Pay attention, and watch it leave your system. Meditation helps us understand ourselves better and dissolves old seeds.
Humility & Knowing
Admitting you don’t know is the first step toward knowing. Only then does the true quest begin, and the universe starts giving answers. True knowing is only in direct experience. Hearing about a place or seeing pictures is not the same as going there yourself.
Science & Spirituality
Science is nothing but the study of the Creator and creation. It is not separate. Scientists use methodology to study the outer world; yogis study creation through the inner world. All study is connected to the one who perceives, and our instruments of perception differ from person to person.
Synchronicity
True seekers are guided to the knowledge or teacher that is right for them at any particular time. It is up to the seeker to recognize this and begin to see the synchronicity of things.
Closing Reflection
The inner journey is never finished. Each thought, each realization, is a step along the path. When we pause to notice learning, change, forgiveness, and synchronicity, we discover that life itself is the teacher.
To live with awareness is to honor each moment as sacred — not rushing, not clinging, but simply being present. In this way, the journey becomes the destination, and every realization becomes a gift of grace.
