Prayer for World Peace
Sit down in a chair with your back straight. Take about 3 relaxing breaths.
Clasp your hands in prayer mudra (palms together, fingers touching) and place it at the level of your heart touching your body. This way you access the heart and brain together.
Whenever we begin any prayer we must say a thankful prayer or prayer of gratitude. The words we use in prayer are very important — instead of saying, “God we pray that there is no war,” we say, “God we pray for peace or peaceful diplomacy.”
Dear God
Thank you for this life, this wonderful life.
Thank you for this life experience on this earth.
We as an earth family join together in this moment in eternity, from this space in the heart to pray together for peace.
We pray for peaceful diplomacy among world leaders.
We pray for unity among the religious and spiritual leaders.

I pray that you bless me with healing rays of light and love, and may they abound in me.
I pray that this love and light radiate in every cell of my body.
Each cell is rejuvenating and feeling the love of thee.
I can feel my body getting stronger as the cells are being healed and brought back to their normal state of well‑being.
Thank you for healing me.
Oh body, may you remain the fine instrument that you are, allowing me to love, learn and experience life with intelligence and compassion in this earth plane.
For the particular part of the body that is ailing or in pain, concentrate in that area and try to trace where the pain is coming from.
Send healing thoughts and love to this area or organ of the body and feel the area completely. The light body holds the healing blueprint before the body became ill.
Everything is energy, and concentrating and sending energy to any area of the body or another being can help heal.
