We move through our days surrounded by thoughts.
Some are useful. Some are old patterns. Some appear and disappear without our choosing them.
When we begin to observe the mind rather than simply follow everything it produces, something changes.
We begin to discover that the one who observes is deeper than the thought being observed.
Th observer of the sunset is different from the thoughts about the sunset.
When we begin to see this, our whole perception of life can begin to change.
This does not require Kundalini awakening.
