Kundalini is the sacred spiritual energy within us—the living force of consciousness that can awaken and transform us from within.

I did not begin with a definition of Kundalini.

I began with an experience.

As Kundalini awakened within me, the body, breath, mind and consciousness began to respond in ways I had never known before.

Only later did the ancient teachings give me language for some of what I had experienced.

Experience came first. Understanding followed.
